Mareva injuction has been applied,
bennet and his party promised harder 1million bes shares @ 0.2 from their borrowing of 4million $ which was used for bes IPO, bennet party failed to provide to harder.

bennet sold bes shares of a total of 4.6million and those proceeds was not used to settle debts to harder.

TH was done maybe because bes has some explaining to do regarding bennett being a director previously, and was made to resign.

i didnt take notes while reading through it, but i might after I do a second read, if we continue to be on TH.

imo there is no implication to bes and i do not understand the need for TH price sensitive announcement, other than please explain.

anyhow, bes responds to all of this and we should be out of TH and could be on the green, as this is another derisking if you ask me.
