1 - they got slapped by ASX for not releasing the Optus announcement to the market and so put this one out, but perhaps went a bit too far with sales of thousands of devices line plus marking it price sensitive.
2 - it got through because ASX missed it - remember that ASX receives thousands of announcements every day and maybe this one slipped through. Especially as it came out a few minutes after the annual report.
But this all assumes this is what is the problem.
