All junior explorecos are always in raise cash mode. I don't know why it upsets people. What should upset them is when they invest in a company that they think is exploring but is actually just a lifestyle con game. Plenty of those on the ASX. AW1 is clearly exploring. Whether they will succeed is a big question but at least the money is (mostly) not just used to buy management new houses and yachts and vacations and jewelry for their wags.
