Some misinformation on this thread IMO. Firstly, small explorers have to raise funds - no funds = no drilling = no progress. Indeed, the primary reason that small explorers list on the ASX is so they can raise funds! Secondly, talk of an investigation since ARI has come off its recent high around $0.037 is misguided - I'm not surprised it has come off its recent highs, in fact I'd be surprised if it hadn't come down somewhat - the price has increased from a trading range of $0.01 - $0.02 (pre consolidation and adjusted to take account of the consolidation) to around $0.03 today. That's a massive increase - I had a sell order in at 0.002 (consolidation adjusted price $0.02) for weeks prior to the consolidation and it never got filled! So some retreat from the recent highs is to be expected as stale holders exit on the price recovery. A raise of $2 - $3 million at $0.025 (with no free options attached) IMO is a good outcome. It will provide some meaningful $ for drilling (IMO the gold is there, we just need to drill!) and down the track hopefully we can raise again at a significantly higher price (assuming drill results are favourable).
