I think the share placement has been closed, although I thought an announcement would have been made by now..this is the insto offer which was rumoured on dow jones and now bloomberg to have been increased to 750M at 27 per share,,,,

full details of the Share purchase plan are yet to be released but (others correct me if im wrong) usually this kind of offer is open to existing shareholders ....
