Because I'm unfamiliar with the format of those tables, and the (sloppy) uncertainty of the specific subject heading (ie reference to cancer, not aortic stenosis) there remains some doubt in my mind as to whether the application has officially received FDA Clearance. (I am feeling 90% confident though )
The announcement could be released earlier than Wednesday 9 October IMO because they may have become aware of the outcome 4 October (US time) and have worked on it over the weekend.
