In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Echo IQ Limited (the Company, ASX:EIQ) requests the granting of a trading halt in EIQ’s ordinary securities listed on the ASX, pending announcements with regards to US FDA Clearance and the appointment of a US based Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
We request that the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 9 October 2024 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted and confirms there is no further information the Company can provide to the market regarding the request for the trading halt.
