I reckon it'll be 1 for 4 at about 9 - 10c, with a free option (20cent strike, for 2012 or 2014 expiry)1 for 3 of new shares taken. Rights will be fully underwritten by a major WA broking house and directors.
Record date for rights will be in the future, which should see some decent interest in the stock leading up to ex-rights date as people chase the entitlement and free options.
News to come out Thursday before market opens.
