Why does everyone think this is going to one investor?
It clearly says one tranche.
Kaai Capital did a cap raise for RDN back in 2023. They seem to have Evolution on the ticket too.
You don't hire two brokers to shop it when you have a single buyer lined up.
Either way, a $10 million raise at this juncture will need to be answered by management.
