Hi everyone,
I've just done the numbers on this cap raise.
The maths suggests that a cap raise for $10 million at 3.2 cents versus the current market float shows that the price should adjust to about 3.8 cents on the open. Anything less than that is a buy opportunity! The market will probably over-react and that's the arb.
IMO only and do your own homework.
