I’ll rephrase this sorry.

“I can see where something is big enough to require more funding, but still lacking detail with insufficient data analysis to yet require disclosure.”

I re-read my sentence above in bold from my previous post, and realised that size of what is in the ground is irrelevant at this time. Also, it is not size that requires disclosure, it is accurate enough information of any kind, including the fact there is not size because there is no resource find, so hence my correction.
