Just my thoughts on this announcement.
I think there is a 'fair chance' (NOT certain) that PGY will be paying the total debt owed to TEG by the end of this month as PGY will have money available from:
- The At The Market (ATM) subscription agreement provides Pilot with up to $7.5m of standby equity capital from 8 August 2024 (none of this has been drawn down as yet); and
- Commonwealth grant funding of $3m was received on 27 August 2024.
