1/ Why a 2 day halt if it's just an announcement of a slight change in the sale details? or is there a belief they are negotiating what ever this is in these 2 days as that would make some sense, but also make what ever this is a little more curious event that the World had to stop to talk it through?
2/ (And this is seriously left field thinking) TEG market cap (round numbers) is 12 mill and PGY will will owe TEG for Cliff Head 11 mill for the deal, why wouldn't PGY look at taking out TEG for a fraction more (in million terms) then sell off EP437 and L7 and recoup a fair chunk of the sale?
But as l say, the O&G game or how it works in this space isn't really my thing!
