I understand that but with ASM running scared from shorts dobbing them into the ASX for not following continuous disclosure rules they are probably just playing this by the book. i.e. they have been informed of a grant, but they must wait for the Government to announce before they can. The fact that they are aware but cannot announce requires them to be in a trading halt. $5m is small when you look at the total capital cost for Dubbo, but it is big enough to be considered material.

I hope it is more. I will be happy when we start trading back around $1.50, the price we were at when management smashed the share price with that nothing burger capital raise
