    I am with you on this one, but also hope to be wrong.

    The puzzle for me is: day 1 we get a promising ann; day 2 we get a surprise t/h with ambiguous wording in the use of the word "concerning".

    If is a matter of 'the counterparty being named' or better still 'hey, we also want to do a deal with you' or any other positive matter, why not do it in one hit?

    I admit, if it is a matter of upsetting the counterparty with some aspect of the first ann, why the t/h? and perhaps, why price sensitive?

    Hopefully mystery solved tomorrow.
