IF EV1 did in fact have concerns with something in the Ann, the perhaps ADO and EV1 are going back and forth discussing/debating the issue. As Gareth states above, might need to go through further rounds of approvals etc
hopefully we are all over thinking it, but it is all very odd, but at least all will be revealed soon enough I guess!
