It could be some kind of nothing burger about the announcement, which would be a bit of a downer, but I think Seb is probably right that the wording suggests it is not.
It could be a non-binding agreement, in which EV1 are not named...in which case, meh.
However, if they are named in the agreement, it would be a relief for all concerned, and stuff would be getting real. Most importantly it would put a rocket up the competitors. It might not be material, but it would be an important development IMO.
However, there is a significant chance EV1 have decided they want some exclusivity while they figure out whether or not we are onto a good thing. If so, happy days, because it should cost them, and an announcement with significant $ in it should put a rocket in our SP.
