The TH is addressed to the Advisor of Listing Compliance. So at some point we have been asked to or we’ve sort advice on compliance.
Doing some digging about compliance, I was reading the below:
https://www.asx.com.au/content/dam/asx/about/compliance/abridged-cd-guide.pdfChart on page 3, work your way back from TH, there’s only a few options this could be if the issue is over compliance… I think we are about to find out who EV1 is, my opinion is the ASX doesn’t think the identity of EV1 should be held in confidence anymore and it is definitely material. I wouldn’t be surprised if we go into suspension to work this out with EV1.
I must admit I’m astounded nothing has leaked to shareholders, been shared on here or in the media. Its so so quiet.
