This was planned imo - could be have been a pivot.
EV1 may have been considering a buy into the company but not yet committed - in an attempt to not have to buy in at a much higher price perhaps they've pivotted after yesterday's action to come to the table?...although it is specifially in relation to the UltraAnode purchase - do they need to clarify what its being used for with more specifiicity?
Or the counterparty have cancelled the order and the ANN previously has become moot - but to be honest - I dont think you would need a TH for that and just an immediate ann.
