Imo, it is something to do with ADO and EV1 coming to an agreement about disclosing who EV1 is. My rationale for this is as follows:
1. If the ASX had concerns about not disclosing who EV1 were, then they would have raised this yesterday and it would have been addressed yesterday, not today.
2. If it was related to a deal or anything commercial related, then I would assume the TH would have been worded very differently rather than "concerning the counterparty". This makes me suspect it is something more admin/operational in nature (for the lack of a better term).
Also, whilst I am extremely happy about yesterday's news.. the one thing which is keeping me from getting too excited (just yet) is the fact that EV1 have only paid us $40k. If EV1 is who we think they are, then this is not even a rounding error on their P&L and these large corporations are always throwing money at exploring various options and the vast majority go no where. We could be one of 10 small investments they are rolling the dice on, who knows really..
That being said, if our science is as good as we believe it is, then we have nothing to worry about.. and better to have a foot in the door, than a door in the face!
