I suspect it will be a carefully worded legal type document detailing why we cant name EV1 just yet, and the newly agreed to conditions (hence the delay) that will eventually allow us to name EV1.
I would prefer something more substantial (like naming EV1 as VW) but trying not to get my hopes up.
Good times ahead IMO, but we'll probably just have to wait a bit longer..
