Hi bubsmark, yes more than likely given the wording of trading halt notice, generally if a agreement is sufficient to warrant an announcement then the counterparty name is also considered significant and needs to be disclosed.
What may be interesting is if ADO was subject to a Non Disclosure agreement, if so the non disclosure agreement is likely invalid as ADO has a legal obligation to meet ASX disclosure requirements and a NDA can't override this legal requirement.
Thats my understanding and guess anyway.
