    IMHO a cap raise now before results is a very good sign.
    On good news, this will have no reason to be held back on the notion that a CR is looming.
    we will be well capitalised for negotiations as well.

    yes a 40% discount will hurt.

    However, look at ILA no stopping after its CR and results aren’t even out!
