Now moving on Sheldon into the CR raising to mitigate dilution i just cannot get my head around

so if i am missing something then i would be happy for you to explain your Theory as a shareholder what you say just does not make sense to me

So let me put my way of looking at things and how i view dilution and issue

Scenario 1 Below

So lets say we do as we are now and raise $8 mil at 0.08c and issue 100 mil shares this now gives us a register of 1Bil shares on issue

Scenario 2 Below

We have to do a like for like for a direct comparison with ref to the effect of dilution

So Lets say we waited and say FOMO took us to our past high of 35c we then decided to to a Cr for that same $8mil

This would need an issue of say round up figure of a further 23mil shares to our register

ok so we now have 923 mil SOI

And for the sake of the scenario lets say that is the end of it,

and i will use our resident ramper as an example here because this scenario may just wake both him and his merry band of followers up and give them a good shake up of realisation

so no more issue Sheldon and we shoot up to the resident rampers $1.00 by next xmas lol

now lets keep fiures straight and clean and say between himself and his family they own between themselves 30mil shares

Now going on the MC to keep things = we have in

Scenario 2

926mil SOI @ $1.00 giving us a market cap of $926 million dollars

This would put the resident rampers holdings of 30mil shares a market value of $1.00 per share a value of $30mil Dollars

Now if we go back to

scenario 1

with the cheaper CR @8c giving us a register of 1Bil SOI

At that same market cap of $926 mil Dollars the shares would actually be worth $92.60 per share

So our resident rampers holdings of 30mil shares with the same market Cap of $926mil mil

his holdings would be worth $27,778,000 Dollars that is a deficit of $222,000 dollars because of dilution

Thay is a fact as a shareholder these are the facts that i have to look at
this is dilution and the price you pay by going the lower SP

How you explain raising lower can help manage dilution i have no idea

I find laughable sorry mate we all have our opinions but if you bare with me i will give you examples from ANP PER alone

A number of years ago Australian ethical were our major shareholders they participated in our original raising on what should have been 3.5 c but finished up being done at 2.4c

Now they had major shares and my goodness was it painful, we have always been for the majority of the time anyway barring the good old pump and dump days, being an illiquid stock.

Well they bled us dry of any and all liquidity that came into the market and eventually through a 10c raisng were actually bought of the register lol

Mate it was torture

so lets move on

The 24c raising from a high of 35c grossly ill weighted towards instos with regards to the issue of the free oppis wont go into it but the history is out there if you are interested, anyway one of the biggest holders that participated sold down immediately and trashed the sp untill he left the registry and was and still will be the biggest holders of the free 48c oppis

So much for your theory there

Then we have the last raising at 5c all time lows discounted 28% from memory now believe it or not AEF were invited back onto the register took approx 30mil from memory believe they have around 10mil left now
5 to 8c again hardly long term investment

So Shelby no disrespect meant here but im afraid your theory with regards to sophs in it for the long term hold

our Experience hear in ANP PER has just not been the case

You go on to say

Of course they are willing to take he risk they are 40% up on open LOL

Risk management shelby i have been here long enough to know all about risk management lol

In my eyes this is all about self preservation

Lets face it if the results are crap who are the ones that are going to suffer

Exactly the sp will tank and you and i will pay the price but i dare say the oppis and the bonuses will be there next year up for issue on the back of there excellent capital management by saving the Co LOL

eg … PYC and PER
Anything could happen before we get to 35c
1) War in Russia ( nuclear)
2)Middle east in turmoil
3) China invades Taiwan
4) US presidency

Don’t really care about 100 mill or 23 mill SOI added to the register…
As long as we get the Stella result in 7 weeks time
and these Institutions already on our register and familiar with the PER story will take the sp to very high levels $$$$$
