• The Company reserves the right to accept oversubscriptions up to the Company’s ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A Placement Capacity.
• The Placement and any oversubscriptions will fall within the Company’s existing placement capacity under ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A.
