Offer Details:
The Company is seeking to raise approximately A$8.0 million by way of a single tranche placement via the issue of approximately 100.0 million new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (“New Shares”) at A$0.08 per share (“Offer Price”) (the “Placement” or the “Offer”).
The Company reserves the right to accept oversubscriptions up to the Company’s ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A Placement Capacity.
The Placement and any oversubscriptions will fall within the Company’s existing placement capacity under ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A.
The Placement is not underwritten.
Use of Proceeds:
Completion of avicursen Phase 2b clinical trial;
Optimisation of manufacturing process;
R&D and patent protection; and
General working capital.
