Does that mean results aren't as they suspected, therefore they know money is needed to continue to pay wages and bonues
If results are good, one would think a CR at much higher prices with less dilution would have been a way better business decision and outcome.
or
do we have a sweetner in amongst this CR with a potential partner deal, buy in?
If this goes to a standard CR it is a disgrace on shareholders when management can give themselves a bonues for no results.
