    Possibly the trials are not going as hoped and they feel they won't get the support later on.

    2. Itsa told us we won't see sub 10c ever again.

    That is a sure fire way to jinx a stock by claiming we will never see such & such a low price ever again.

    PER is the stock that just keeps giving and giving - disappointment that is.
