Because the sp has been rising everyone abandoned the warning I gave about the number of Gaps appearing in the sp.

As I have said on several occasions, The gaps do not "have" to fill, but with 3 or 4 gaps in quick succession I have never seen a situation when they have not filled.

I was at a lunch with the management a couple of years ago when they stated that they would not need to raise before the trials were final.
It has been nothing but disappointment since with this company.

What the management has now done is state publicly that the fair price for PER is at whatever the raise comes in at.
So who would pay more?
And you won't have too over the next few months.

Woe is me.
