A sticking point may have been that yes RP has done much better from the agreement but BCC has the asian region as their dedicated area so should have had the opportunity to also grow massive here but has not, I am not sure on the details there though as I think part of the conjecture is that RP was happy to spend and fund the growth in their areas but hve not wanted to commit to global areas otherwise or more specifically the area they each have a 50/50 share in. However as the JV does not have cash available and liquidity to do this it may not have made sense so then it is on BCC to grow the asian region but there never really seemed to be any push into this but maybe India, China, etc all blocked Iridium and that market proved to be a dead end?
