    If there aren't resignations after this, geez.
    They just wasted probably $4m on an arbitration process and were still unsuccessful.
    You set up a JV and agreed to some dud terms, take some responsibility for it.
    Sell the stake in ZOLEO to the group to the highest bidder, probably iridium.
    Make sure all future products are developed outside the JV!
