Starting to think now we have been led along by mgmt as to this arbitration...they only flagged two possible outcomes for the arbitration:
1. We get control of Zoleo, or
2. We get a big fat cheque.

Now we have "unsuccessful outcome". I'm reading that to be we did not get control of Zoleo, but also expecting now we get paid out a pittance.
Even though we currently manufacture Zoleo, this ace may have gone if part of the arbitration is that we have to hand over the Zoleo IP as well, and Roadpost find a new manufacturer in China.
