    'Unsuccessful outcome' not succeding to deliver an outcome eg, back to square one. In other words, the arbitration was a cash burn & waste of resources.
    but then again BCC fails to be transparent when disclosing information.
    Hopefully a direct settlement is in the works. GLTAH
