@zebster I always go for full disclosure and like to see deals/conditions/payoffs in big print. ASX rules require shareholders to approve vesting of unvested performance rights and options, the approval though is buried in the scheme meeting. There is NO seperate shareholder vote to allow the directors to give themselves these free shares that have not meet the milestones.
