No doubt DoD assistance for NYR will help but experience suggest it's support rather than fundamental help with the FDA.
I'm not big on FA so I'll just sit back and look into the crystal ball for now knowing that everything in this sector goes in cycles.
But the most significant aspect I look for is insider buying (in the CR???) as there is one thing that we can all agree on - humans are nothing without emotions and greed is one of the strongest. That will be a significant clue for me.
