that’s why it’s trading at 12.5 cents. The raise was at 12 cents. They are waiting for the shares at 12 cents to list on Monday. Why give anyone the profit when there is a small window to accumulate right now and then run. Goes down, goes right back up again. Timing is everything and based on fundamentals it shouldn’t be trading here if it wasn’t from the raise at 12 cents.
They are accumulating in the small window which shuts up shortly before news flow begins to flow again shortly
