The last cap raising was disappointing and didn't last them 6 months. Since the last cap raising the market has deteriorated, initial JORC for Promontorio was a big disappointment and the SP has fallen.
Dont understand why they didn't get a JV for Promontorio ... maybe no one was interested after the inital JORC. I think the cap raising will be at a big discount so current holders can expect big dilution unless they subscribe.
