    Its a cap raising .... read the announcement.

    More than likely to sophisticated Investors and hopefully at a premium to its current trading price ... why at a premium you may ask.

    Because if someone wanted to buy millions of shares on market they couldn't because there are only about 1 million on offer at the moment.

    My view is that if they raised the asking price would need to be at circa 10 - 12.5 cents.
