    No it doesn't. BHP will no doubt will leave their options open but will pay their way for a percentage of the Kitlanya E + W project. The better it looks the more they'll pay of course.The Okavango and Ngami projects will of course remain outside the transaction, for now at least. Let's see what share of the JV BHP want at the outset. The raise could be simply to fund the Okavango exploration and/or Ngami development.
