What's with the freaking timing of this raise? Not only is it being conducted at the lowest trading prices this Company has ever experienced, but it's right at the time of the US election. It's a 4 day trading halt which ends on or just immediately prior to election day if I'm not mistaken. WTF is going through the heads of these freaking monkeys? Is the IRA act even going to be a thing going forward? Do investors want to know this before deciding whether or not to invest? It's set up to fail. Failure is not an accident here IMO
