It's so well hidden, this piece of information is on the first page of their September quarterly report (yesterday's ANN) within the highlights section along with their 'strong cash position' of $1.85m, which (without the CR) wouldn't even be enough to keep the lights on till the end of the calendar year. Don't get your hopes up on the option deal btw, it's non binding (as per usual) and Fecon is a Vietnamese construction company and not a global battery or cathode manufacturer such as Ecopro or Samsung (who signed with Canada Nickel recently).
The Company has agreed non-binding indicative terms with a potential Vietnamese partner, FECON Group (“FECON”). FECON has the option to acquire up to 10% in the refinery project. FECON is a leading engineering and construction group in Vietnam and can assist Blackstone
considerably in advancing the studies and permitting of our projects.
