    The biggest problem with all of this, is that the number 1 priority for any board and MD is to maintain the liquidity of a business. They've spent so much time and effort on trying to win the lottery, they forgot to put food on the table. It's challenging to accept that the incompetence in simple financial management does not carry across to strategic management. Happy to be proven wrong, too deep in the hole now anyways to quit.
