It's an entitlement offer. That means no new shareholders are coming on board, it is merely asking existing shareholders to buy more shares, or so I believe. Instead of organising cashflow they want to dip into our pockets again. Even though no new potential partners are apparently willing to part with theirs. If Ecopro doesn't participate then there is no partner interested IMO. None at all.
