I dont like the ambiguiity on how it could be expanded on the same terms... how much more we talking?
The good thing about this raise originally was it was quite small so the poor pricing wasnt to much of a dilutionary issue... upsizing the raise AND adding there could be more dilution at this price isnt a positive IMO.
