In Tranche 1, is Shenghe picking up just their 19.9% (~795,000) of the T1 shares; or 19.9% of their total T1&2 allocation (~1,200,000) ?
If the latter they may be in breach the 20% ruling if the SPP gets voted down by shareholders !
