Moot point, doing a CR at 10c would logically imply that the BOD think that that is about "fair value" for the Company.
However, if the Market subsequently fails to descend to and stay at that level, then it indicates that the Market strongly disagrees,
Which, IMO implies either: incompetence, dodgy dealings, poor advice, poor judgement or desperation on the part of those who are in control.
