Just looking at you previous posts you have been bullish on managements decisions and the company direction. but apears you haven't posted in the past legal discussion on hotcopper users....
so my question to you is -
Are you acting on here for the company's legal representation? Employed through the company? Hold a financial Benefit through family members that are employed by the company?
i don't care if you have been engaged to seek legal action against posters here that have defamed the company, its not of my interest - but seems very much unprofessional and more a manner of intimidation that your conducting than any legal action by the tone of language used without disclosure of your status as its representation, and when taken in contrast to previous discussions you have in the past posted about and topics within those posts.
Without posters here knowledge of your representation it further erodes the shareholders trust in the company management, as it rightly or wrongly puts into discussion where the company professionalism and priorities are especially if in the contrast after an aprx 45% discounted cap raising.
