The only things I can think of are to paydown debt which would decrease the interest costs until we can get the plant to full capacity. Or... funding is required for exploration and they dont want to take on more debt.

The second seems more likely but the real question would be how much they will be looking to raise.

I would have thought Al Tasnim would have happily stumped up the cash for a greater percentage of the company but then again.. would we have wanted to be diluted without a chance to participate.
