    It appears management can issue up to 25 percent of shares without further shareholder approval.
    I'd take a guess and say the 15 trading day VWAP is around 3.3 cents.
    The minimum issue price can't be lower than 75 percent of the VWAP. This could be as low as 2.6 cents in theory.
    Not good.
