    Yes hence why I mentioned needing money for working capital and to fix plant , (filter press's being ordered from both China and Europe) also their liabilities were around $93M in the Annual report , (page 73) maybe there are covenants they need to keep inside of ?
    Be interesting to know the terms of the debt ?
